🇵🇭Guess who’s back? Mary Dawn Sabellano rejoined the Uberall team on July 1st as one of our fabulous Customer Support Advisors! We're thrilled to have her back on board. 🎉🏠😊 🇺🇸 Fermin Andujar joined Uberall on July 1st as our new Business Development Representative in the Americas! Hailing from Florida but born and raised in the bustling streets of NYC, Fermin is a natural explorer with a passion for tech, history, the stock market, and fitness. When he’s not diving into new knowledge, you’ll find him spiking it up in beach volleyball 🏐, hitting the gym three times a week 💪, hiking through nature, or jet-setting to experience new cultures 🌍✈️. 🇫🇷 Anja Olivieri joined Uberall on July 1st as our Demand Generation Marketing Manager in France! Originally from Germany, Anja has called France home for the past 15 years. With over 15 years of marketing experience in SaaS, telecom, and tourism, she brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. When she's not driving demand, Anja loves shaking it up in Zumba classes, exploring new places, and hitting those high notes in singing classes 💃🌍🎤. 🇪🇸 Gary Nalbandian joined Uberall as an Account Executive on July 1st. Based in sunny Barcelona, Gary has called this beautiful country home for over a decade. With more than 10 years experience in various sales roles, he’s a true sales pro. Outside of work, Gary is passionate about sports in general but especially boardsports and boxing 🏄♂️🥊🌞. 🇩🇪 Victor Galante joined the Uberall team on July 1st as a Principal Backend Engineer. Based in Germany, Victor swapped the sunny lands of Brazil for the moody charm of Berlin a decade ago—by choice, believe it or not! 😄 In his free time, he loves discovering hidden gem restaurants and bars before the foodie influencers do, rocking out at concerts, and traveling. He’s constantly attempting to make some sense of all the German he's learned over the years 🍔🎸✈️.
🇵🇭 Genelle Quiamco joined the Uberall crew on July 1st as a brand-new Project Specialist in Data Operations! As an experienced professional handling large data sets, she is also a former Red Cross ⛑️ volunteer for Haiyan Operations. She is an island girl at heart 🏝️ who enjoys watching Studio Ghibli and mystery/horror movies plus she gets unlimited boops as a fur-mom to 3 adorable dogs named Lexie, Jackjack & Coco 🐶.
🇵🇭 Marion Gocela joined Uberall on July 15th as a Data Operations Specialist, all the way from sunny Cebu! An avid traveler with a deep love for exploring new places, Marion always holds a special place in her heart for the province where she grew up. She used to bring her beloved cat, Yeti, along on her adventures, but now that her furry family has grown, their travels have slowed down. Thankfully, she has wonderful family members to look after her pets when she does get the travel bug. ✈️🌏🐾
🇩🇪 Marcela Faganello Galluzzi joined Uberall on July 15th as a Working Student in IT Operations with Gemma's team, based in Berlin! Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, Marcela moved to Berlin two years ago to chase her dream of a Master's Degree in Film and Motion Design 📽️. With a background in directing, producing, and editing small projects, she brings a creative flair to our team. In her free time, Marcela loves reading and snapping photos around Berlin 📸🌆📚.
🇪🇸 Jack McGinnell joined the Uberall team on July 15th as a Business Development Representative in Spain! Born in England but a resident of Spain since he was 7, Jack proudly calls himself "Spanglish" and loves blending the best of both worlds. Since the age of 19, he’s been a passionate devotee of combat sports 🥊, embracing the thrill of physical competition. Jack’s laid-back vibe and natural knack for socializing make him the life of any party 🌍😎.
🇭🇺 Bálint Balogh joined the Uberall team on July 15th as a Senior Backend Engineer in Hungary! Born and raised in Hungary, Bálint is a proud dad to a 1-year-old girl. With over 6 years of experience as an Android Developer and Senior Backend Engineer, he’s a tech whiz we’re lucky to have. In his free time, you’ll find Bálint gardening with his wife—she handles the flowers 🪻, while he grows a variety of fruits and veggies 🍅. When he's not in the garden, he’s out kayaking on the river with family and friends 🛶👨👩👧.
🇦🇷 Renata Amatore joined the Uberall team on July 29th as our Director of UI/UX in Argentina! Originally a graphic designer turned UX expert, Renata seamlessly blends user-friendly designs with data-driven insights. When she’s not crafting amazing digital experiences, you’ll find her hitting the slopes for some skiing ⛷️, sweating it out with functional training, or finding her zen in yoga 🧘♀️. A passionate foodie, she loves cooking delicious meals and pairing them with fine wine 🍷. Jazz music fills her soul, adding a rhythm to her everyday life. 🎶.
🐥 Family Time
🇪🇸 On July 10th Loli Pulleiro and her partner welcomed their little girl, she and her little one are doing well. Congratulations - We wish you all the best ! 🐣You can reach out to Jose Ramon Iglesias for any questions during her absence. 🇬🇧 In July George Poole welcomed his baby together with his partner! We want to congratulate them and wish them a lovely time together. 🇺🇸 Jonathan Shearen and his wife welcomed Maximus Prospero Shearen (or Max for short) on July 9th! Both mom and Max are doing great. Jonathan will be on parental leave until October 29th, returning to the team on October 30th. For any questions in the meantime, please reach out to Lawerance Benedicto. 🦸 Saying Farewell To . . .
We said farewell to a few colleagues over the course of July. Let’s take a moment to acknowledge and thank these individuals for their hard work, dedication, and positive energy, which have contributed to the Uberall journey. Please join us in wishing them the very best in their future endeavors.
🇬🇧 Hanna Smith had her last day at Uberall on July 19th, after being with us for 10 months. Hanna quickly became a fundamental part of the People Ops and People and Culture team. We deeply appreciate her energy and relentless push for innovation. We wish her all the best as she takes on new challenges. In the interim, please direct any questions to Alid Dettke.
🇩🇪 Angelina Pfeifer had her last day at Uberall on July 19th, marking the end of her 2-year journey with us. As a member of the Partnerships team, we want to thank her for her contributions. We wish her all the best! Please direct any questions to Florian Hübner.
🇩🇪 Pierre Bessy had his last day at Uberall on July 26th. After 5 ½ years with us, he’s embarking on new adventures, starting with a long journey before focusing on his own business. Pierre began his career here New Year’s Day 2019, as an SDR and quickly promoted to Manager SDR. Another year later, he became the Head of Enterprise Sales Development, leading the EMEA BDR team. 🇩🇪 Sascha van Geete had his last day at Uberall on June 12th. Sascha has spent the past two years leading the technical account support team in EMEA, playing a pivotal role in the department's transformation. His extensive knowledge and curiosity have significantly influenced the team culture, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. 👉 Senior Product Marketing Manager: The Product Marketing team is looking for a new Sr. Product Marketing Manager. This role reports directly to Cris Thome, Global Head of Product Marketing. We’re looking for someone who has a knack for messaging and storytelling in a SaaS environment (Martech experience is a bonus!) and is a team player with a collaborative spirit and drive, looking to contribute to a high-performing marketing team.
👉 Head of Talent: The People & Culture team is on the hunt for a Head of Talent, reporting directly to our CPO, Alid Dettke. The team is in need of someone with lots of experience managing an end-to-end talent Center of Expertise function. This role will be pivotal in shaping Uberall’s people and talent strategy, creating and owning the Talent Management and Talent Development philosophy and roadmap.
👉 Business Development Representatives: The Global BDR team has been growing but still on the hunt for one more superstar to join the EMEA team! The team is looking for a German-speaking BDR, ideally based in beautiful Barcelona with the rest of the EMEA crew. This role is crucial for expanding our market leadership, so we’re looking for someone who is passionate about prospecting potential customers, has grit and a strong desire to succeed. All BDR’s will be reporting to the new Global BDR Manager, who starts August 1!
👉 Customer Support Advisor - 12 months contract: We are looking for hiring based in the Philippines, a Customer Support Advisor to support our clients and partners navigate our Location Marketing Cloud, addressing technical inquiries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. You’ll work closely with our colleagues in the Customer Success team to deliver exceptional support and solutions.

Average Time to Fill: Our average time to fill (from requisition approval to candidate hire) is 55 days which is in line with industry standards.

Summer’s in full swing, so we’re taking a two-month break to soak up the sun. But don’t fret, our next Power Skills session is just around the corner on Thursday, September 5th!
We’ve made some exciting updates to make your learning experience even better. Now, you can join the Power Skills session with your team and follow up with one or two additional sessions!

Bringing your team to the Power Skills Masterclass and having a follow-up session together allows you to dive deeper into the material and tailor the new skills to your team’s unique needs. We recommend scheduling your follow-up session about two weeks after the masterclass, but the timing is entirely up to you and your team.
